The main difference is ingredients, though both are free of harsh chemicals + hypoallergenic. Basically, premium is great if you want something more absorbent and more affordable. Organic is great if you choose to only shop organic.

You should get a fresh one every 4-6 hours, but you can change them more frequently too! It’s your liner.
