Some items are subscription only (those that are needed on a regular basis). However, some items you can purchase as a one-off purchase. You can always subscribe if you love it!

There are many! First off, you don’t have to remember to buy your basics - they come directly to you. You have full flexibility over what comes in your shipment + you can skip, pause or cancel at anytime. Second, by subscribing you are unlocking even more savings!

Upcoming subscription renewals can be edited or canceled by logging into your account, heading to the “Subscriptions” tab, and selecting the “View/Edit” button. Make sure to make changes to your subscription before your scheduled renewal date, as we cannot cancel or edit processed orders!

Blade refill orders always ship free! For everything else, orders ship free when your order includes $48 or more of our body care, skin care, wellness, or lifestyle products. Orders under $48 will include a $5 shipping fee.

You can do all of that from your account! You cannot cancel a processed order so make sure you do so before the indicated date.

We offer many products that don't require a subscription, but some of our products are only available through a subscription. If you ever sign up for a subscription and change your mind, don’t worry! You can modify or cancel your subscription easily through your account portal at any time.

If you have an active subscription, start by logging in to your account. Once you find the product (s) you want to add to your subscription, add them to cart. At check out simply select the “add to existing subscription” option and follow to the next step. You will only be billed when the whole subscription renews + ships. If you want the item to ship right away and/or start a new subscription, just select the ship now option. Pretty easy, huh?

You can manage your subscription (skip, pause, add/remove products, modify frequency, change, cancel) directly from your account. All you have to do is log in.

Our Cloud Shave Foam paired with The Razor Kit is a totally luxe experience. However, thanks to our blades that are enhanced with shea butter and a skin-soothing, water-activated serum, you can also use the razor all by itself.

Yes! It is formulated without any nasties (parabens, sulfates, alcohol, petrochemicals, acrylates, crosspolymers, harsh surfactants, etc.) to be super gentle on your skin. Plus we added all the good stuff (like vitamins and healthy oils) to keep your skin clean, hydrated and happy.

You can use it whenever you shower! It was created to balance your skin’s pH, and it’s super gentle to keep your skin’s natural oils intact.

Our lotion is actually alcohol-free! We do not use solvent alcohol or ethanol (ethyl alcohol), which you typically find in many skincare products. Instead we use fatty alcohols (derived from coconut or sustainable palm), which are used as emollients and thickeners - they are not irritating and can be very beneficial for your skin. As described in FDA regulation: ”Cosmetic products, including those labeled ‘alcohol free,’ may contain other alcohols, such as cetyl, stearyl, cetearyl, or lanolin alcohol. These are known as fatty alcohols, and their effects on the skin are quite different from those of ethyl alcohol.”

We formulated Dewy Body Lotion with the intention of it being like a face cream for your body. Not too greasy or watery, it was made to hydrate your skin and is balanced at the optimal body pH. If you want to use if on your face, try it in a small area at first, as the skin on your face may react to products differently (and can even have a different pH) than the skin on your body.

No, however if you apply too much, it may take a bit longer to absorb. Also, be sure to use as much as your skin needs. If you have dry skin, you might need more lotion. Gage your perfect amount of Dewy Body Lotion based on your skin type and hydration needs!
